BODYCOMBAT® is moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing and Tai Chi. Pre-choreographed by a team of international experts so every class is world class. It is fast becoming the number one martial arts workout in the world.


The workout with a punch

The program has great mental and physical benefits. You will use dynamic and explosive moves that stimulate the sympathetic autonomous nervous system, reduce stress related symptoms, improve general well being and encourage self assurance and self-confidence. At the same time, you will enjoy all the benefits of an empowering workout; improving cardiovascular capacity, intra- and inter- muscular coordination, muscle strength, agility and flexibility.

Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYCOMBAT® class with fresh choreography and music. BODYCOMBAT® is choreographed by Program Directors Rachael Newsham and Dan Cohen.
