RPM® : Raw Power in Motion

The group fitness revolution continues with RPM® - the cycling phenomenon from Down Under. RPM® is group fun, to great music - without the competition. Professional coaching for 45 minutes helps you match terrain with tempo and all the energy of a small rock concert.

RPM® is an awesome workout for improving your aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength. The music driven terrain pushes your body to burn calories and tighten your frame. Under the guidance of your instructor and motivation of our team you will experience slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins that present no barrier to co-ordination or boredom.

Cycle En Masse

Each workout is performed on stationary cycles that enhance the indoor experience. Available with fixed or free wheels, RPM® cycles come with adjustable handle bars, seat and pedals to maximize your comfort.

Appealing to both men and women, RPM® is the perfect non-impact workout for all levels of fitness. Self-regulated gearing allows you to control intensity and stay on the pace. With the support of your cycling peers exploring your physical limits becomes attractive. No matter what your level, it is all about finishing together.

Every three months, Les Mills releases a new RPM® class with fresh choreography and music. RPM® is joint- choreographed by Program Choreographer Glen Ostergaard & Program Director Dan McDonogh.

Hi! I need advice on OTT's resistance. I know there should be some resistance set during OTT to protect the knees but find it triggers pain on my knees at times, eventhough the resistance is not that high. Will doing OTT with resistance for people with knee problem cause possible further injury? Tks.

Dear anonymous,

It sounds like you could be carrying a knee injury. Please see a medical professional before resuming your workout. As for your question, anyone with knee problem should exercise with care. It all depends on the severity of the injury.

Kia Kaha!
